Today's recipe is to make a peach and berry stuffed galette with wood fired pizza oven, If you want that your pizza’s taste unique then you should try the Wood Fired Pizza Oven. There is various wood fired pizza oven tools and with the use of these tools, you can easily make a pizza.



Required Ingredients For this recipe: -

For the Pastry: -

  • 160g Plain Flour,
  • 15g Caster Sugar,
  • Pinch of salt,
  • 110g Unsalted Butter, diced,
  • 70ml Ice cold water

  

For the Filling:

  •      1 Peach, cut into segments
  •      12 Blueberries
  •      ½ Tsp Plain flour
  •      ½ Tsp Demerara sugar
  •      Dash of vanilla essence
  •      1 Tsp Ground Almond

The process to make it: -

  • To make this recipe your oven temperature around 200 c.
  • To make the pastry for your pizza, mix all the ingredients one by one. Firstly add sugar in flour and salt according to your taste and add the butter cubes. 
  • After this, you can mix all these ingredients with a blender. Now add water till the dough is not ready. Keep it in the fridge 2 hours a day for next 3 days.
  • When ready to bake roll up the pastry and put it on dough(10 inches) and carefully.
  • Now if the pastry comes out from the dough corners you can fold it.
  • Now put the dough in the oven and after 10 to 15 min pizza will ready.
